The Cedar Rapids chapter of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) is a community-based leadership training organization for men and women age 21-39. Through serving the Cedar Rapids area in a variety of projects and programs, young people have the opportunity to develop their leadership and business skills.
